We understand

the challenges of operating and executing because we’ve lived it.

Our Values

Our values frame our perspective on each partnership with founders and board members.

We can’t do everything, and we are courageous in making tough trade offs with scare resources.

We think and act like owners. We operate with integrity and accountability at the highest level. We treat investment dollars and portfolio companies accordingly.

Round holes and round pegs don’t exist in the real world. Success is built on thinking outside the box.

Its okay to say you don’t know. We are committed to teamwork because it creates the best outcomes for all parties.
